Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies
These Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies are a flavor party in your mouth! Soft, and packed with blueberry goodness, they're the ultimate treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 (7oz) Package Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 4oz Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
- 1/2 Cup Hershey's Cream Cheese baking chips
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C)
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
- Add sugar and mix until blended.
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
- Add muffin mix, flour, baking powder combine
- Stir in cream cheesed baking chips (dough will be sticky)
- Using a small scoop drop dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes
- Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to cooling rack.
- Serve & Enjoy!
