Hello, friends! It’s that time again—welcome to our October Sweet Tea & Friends Link Up!
I am so ready for a good, crisp autumn day. I’m still anticipating the cooler temperatures that October usually brings. Here in Western Pennsylvania (USA), it’s still been quite warm, almost feeling more like late summer than autumn!
Even with the heat lingering, I’ve still been having my evening cuppa (or three!) of hot tea. And I have to ask: am I the only one who enjoys milk and sugar in her tea out there? It’s just the perfect cozy ritual to wind down the day.
More than anything, I’m anticipating the changing of the leaves’ color. Oh, how I love those beautiful reds, oranges, and golds! It’s truly my favorite part of the season.
Your Autumn & Spring Reflections
What are you anticipating this autumn? Is it pumpkin spice everything, cozy sweaters, bonfires, or perhaps just a few peaceful moments?
And for our lovely friends in the Southern Hemisphere, how is your spring progressing so far? What wonderful things are you looking forward to as the world reawakens?
I always find myself intentionally pausing to reflect during every season—from the rebirth of spring to the dormancy of winter. There’s so much wisdom and beauty to be found in the rhythm of the year.
I truly can’t wait to see what you’ve all been up to! I’m looking forward to reading your posts and seeing:
- What you’ve been creating and cooking.
- Where you’ve been traveling. And lifestyle.
- And, most of all, hearing your stories and encouragement.
So grab your own favorite beverage—whether it’s sweet tea, a hot cuppa, or something else entirely—and let’s get this party started! Link up your latest inspiration below!

It’s my pleasure Steph.
I’m looking forward to crisp, cool fall breezes! I haven’t been able to learn to like hot tea, but I like decaf coffee with Coffeemate.
I look forward to the changing colors of the leaves too. Autumn has contradictory tones for me…both a “changes are coming!” alert as well as a “settle in and get comfy” vibe. 🙂 Thanks for hosting us, Paula!
You are so welcome Lisa. It’s my pleasure.
Happy October! Thank you so much for the feature.
I am from Pa! Currently in Southern New Jersey, but I can’t wait to get back to the beauty of Pennsylvania.

Well we don’t get too much change here in Texas, but I did put a bedspread back on the bed after a summer of sheets only, LOL! Paula, thanks so much for Sweet Tea and Friends, it is one of my favorite places to visit! And very kind of you to feature my post on Low Histamine Recipes, thank you!
It’s my pleasure, I love visiting with everyone.
Thank you so much for featuring my Glacier NP trip! We’ve certainly been having and enjoying warmer weather than is typical of fall in New England too. Though I am looking forward to days where I can wear jeans and sweaters again. Our leaves are starting to put on a show but it’s a bit muted so far this year.
It’s my pleasure Joanne.
Happy October, Paula! We appreciate you and this space so much! Thanks for providing this place for us all to gather each month! Wishing you a beautiful fall season!
I appreciate you guys too. And I’m always happy to see you.
Happy October, Paula! Fall is in our hearts even if it’s not quite here yet. Here in Texas, our mornings are getting cooler which makes for lovely walks in the crisp air. Our fall usually hits between Oct. 15-31, and then we need a light sweater or windbreaker to keep the chill off. Thank you for featuring my 5 Ways Writing Invites Humility, I appreciate it. Enjoying a warm cup of lemon tea with you this morning, Paula. Thanks for the gathering!
I like sweaters, fall colors, and candles in October! 🙂 Thank you for hosting this fabulous linkup, Paula. I’ve shared 81, 82, and 83 this time. Off now to see what others have shared and leave some comment love. Hope your week is great!
I like candles too.

I especially like the idea of October bringing peaceful moments. But I also like the coziness.
Me too. I’m all about cozy.
It’s still hot here in Wisconsin, 80’s everyday. Everyone is so ready for fall. Thanks for the party.
You are so welcome.

We’ve been enjoying beautiful warm weather so far this fall, and I’m here for it! It does cool off when the sun goes down and that makes me appreciate my evening cuppa coffee even more. I don’t drink tea often, but when I do, I put only honey in my hot tea.
I love sugar and milk in my tea too but it never gets cold enough in Florida to drink it hot lol!
I truly appreciate you for taking the time each month to host this wonderful party! I brought BAKED CRACK CHICKEN, EVERYMAN STEAK with MUSHROOM GRAVY & MUSTARD NOODLES and CRANBERRY APPLE SLAB PIE. I hope you have a great week.
It’s my pleasure to host. And I’m always so happy to see you.
Sharing 195, 196, and 197 before this fun linkup ends! 🙂 I’m off now to see what others have shared since I was here last. It’s turned colder here the last few days, and today it’s windy with fall leaves blowing all over the place!
I’m so happy you’re here.
