As we step into June, I’m filled with thoughts of sunshine, warm breezes, and the promise of longer days. I hope this month brings you moments of joy, opportunities for relaxation, and plenty of inspiration for whatever you’re working on. Whether you’re planning summer adventures, tending to your garden, or diving into new creative endeavors, may June be a month of growth and happiness for you.
Sweet Tea & Friends Turns Three!
This month is extra special because it’s our birthday! Sweet Tea & Friends is officially three years old! I can hardly believe how quickly time has flown. It feels like just yesterday I was launching this little party (it’s not so little anymore), hoping to connect with fellow enthusiasts and create a welcoming space for sharing. Your participation, enthusiasm, and friendship have made this community truly incredible, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.
We’ve had an incredible journey so far, and I’m so excited for what the next year holds. Here’s to another great year of link parties, discovering amazing content, and fostering wonderful friendships within our Sweet Tea & Friends community. I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll share in the months to come!
Housekeeping: June is my off-writing month (along with December). So, I won’t have any new content on my blogs this month. However, I won’t be quiet, as I’ll still be here visiting with all of you.

Happy 3 years! That’s such a fun milestone. Think of all the blog posts that have been shared and read in that time. Wow. Congratulations! I hope you enjoy your June–I, too, love June for its longer days and fresh sunshine. Driving to and from an interpreting assignment a few days ago, I told God out loud how much I love GREEN!! The hills, trees, and flowers around here are so beautiful.
This week, I’ve shared 55 and 56, and now I’m off to see what others have shared and leave some comment love. Happy Monday!

Happy birthday to Sweet Tea & Friends! That’s a great milestone. One of my favorite things about summer is longer daylight hours. It reminds me of how Jesus is the light of the world and in HIm is no darkness at all.
