My First Jiffy Mix Honey Brown Sugar Cookies
I’m not a very experienced baker and my bakeware collection is pretty small. In fact, I’m still learning the ropes. But that doesn’t stop me from trying new recipes and experimenting in the kitchen. I love using Jiffy All Purpose Baking Mix because it’s so versatile. And I’m happy to say that I’ve had success with my latest creation: Jiffy Mix Honey Brown Sugar Cookies.
These cookies are soft, cakey, and packed with warm brown sugar and honey flavor. They’re perfect for a quick and easy dessert or snack that everyone will love.

Notes
You Will Need:
Electric mixer, Mixing bowl, Measuring spoons & cups, Spatula or wooden spoon, Parchment paper, Non-stick baking sheets, Cooking rack (or you can lay cookies on a towel), Small cookie scoop or Tablespoon
NOTES:
— Cookies will be light since we are using light brown sugar.
— Cookies made with Jiffy All Purpose Baking Mix are typically described as having a tender, slightly crumbly texture. They can also be described as Soft and slightly cake-like: The addition of moisture from eggs and other ingredients can create a softer, more cake-like texture.
— You can personalize this recipe by adding your own touch like chocolate chips, chopped nuts, raisins etc. Note: You may need to add additional Jiffy mix or milk if batter becomes to sticky.
— Store in an airtight container or Ziplock storage bags.
— For best results use within 3-4 days to avoid extra dryness or crumbling.
— I probably wouldn’t freeze these to avoid dryness or crumbling.
“Baking these cookies brought a smile to my face, and I hope they’ll do the same for you. It’s a simple joy that anyone can experience. Remember, even beginners can create delicious treats. Don’t be afraid to experiment and have fun in the kitchen!”
