The Bible doesn\’t talk about habits specifically. However, it does give us instructions about spiritual disciplines and attitudes. We all have habits be them good or bad.
As Christians we are to be renewing our minds Romans 12:2. We are to be exchanging bad habits for good habits. So that we may please the Lord. As our minds change so will our habits. We should be developing Christ-likeness. Depending on our habits, good habits will make us, and bad habits will break us.
