Welcome, Friends, to Our Sweet Tea & Friends September Link Up!
Can you believe it’s already September? Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re slowly bidding farewell to the long, sunny days of summer, and I, for one, am eagerly anticipating the arrival of cooler weather. Crisp air, cozy sweaters, and the changing colors of the leaves – it all sounds so inviting! Meanwhile, to all our wonderful friends down under, I hope you’re getting excited for the warmer days and the start of spring!
September always feels like a month of transition, a gentle shift from one season to the next. And with that shift comes a change in our routines and our cravings! Now, I have to confess, I’m not a fan of cider or anything pumpkin spice. Don’t get me wrong, I totally understand the appeal for many, but my taste buds just aren’t on board with that particular flavor profile. However, give me a good old-fashioned pumpkin pie, a slice of pumpkin cake, a smooth pumpkin latte, or any other delicious dessert that uses regular, wholesome pumpkin, and I am a very happy camper!
You all know my deep and abiding love for coffee – A LOT! But as the evenings grow longer and the air gets a little chillier, I’m also really looking forward to bringing back my evening cuppas of tea. Or three! There’s something so comforting about a warm mug of tea in a variety of flavors, settling in for a cozy evening.
As we step into this beautiful month, I wish you all a September filled with joy, warmth, and wonderful moments. May your days be blessed with the beauty of autumn, whether it’s the vibrant foliage here or the blooming flowers across the equator. And for those celebrating, Happy Autumn! May it bring you peace, comfort, and plenty of reasons to smile.
I’m so excited to see what you’ve been up to! What are you looking forward to this September? Share your thoughts, your creations, and your latest adventures in our link-up below. We can’t wait to connect with each and every one of you!
Warmly,
Paula
Here’s to a lovely September and a beautiful start to autumn!

So wonderful to visit with you, sweet friend! God bless you this autumn!
Thanks for featuring my post about “shoulds.” I like pumpkin pie and bread and cake and bars and donuts, but the thought of pumpkin flavor in a drink doesn’t appeal to me at all. We’re having a little foretaste of fall with lovely cooler temperatures. I know summer is not over yet and we’ll likely be in 90s again in September. But I am loving the weather now and looking forward to more of it in a few weeks.
September is a month of transition, Paula. I cleaned up the garden area on Saturday (though the tomatoes and green peppers are still hanging in there!) and stored most of the planters out-of-sight for winter. Thank you for the blessings, Paula! May September be a joyful and restful transition for you.! And may you have many beautiful autumn moments with colorful trees and all things pumpkin. 🙂
We are enjoying the hints of Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere, which is delightful after all the rain & freezing temperatures we’ve had…
Thank you for featuring my post about AI Paula, that was such a blessing.
I enjoy Pumpkin pie once upon a time but it’s very difficult to get the Pumpkin pie spices here so haven’t had it for a very long time.
Hope September is a cosy month for you!
Blessings, Jennifer
Paula, thanks for the visit and the friendly link-up! Sweet Tea and Friends, is a favorite, and I thank you!
I’m ready for the cooler weather too – we had a sneak peak this weekend and it was delightful! But the pumpkin-everything? I pass on that. ha. I’ll just stick with chocolate-everything year round. lol. Thanks for the post feature! Hope you had a wonderful September, Paula.
Thanks for hostessing, love reading these encouraging posts shared by others.
Thanks so much for featuring my vegetable garden. I so appreciate it. Happy Labor Day!
Thanks for the link-up, Paula. Happy September to you.
Thanks for feauturing my post on being preserved.
I’m about all things fall, too, although NOT as big a fan of pumpkin and spice. I often feel we have very much in common. Enjoy the cooler weather and the beauty God has in nature for us in the coming weeks.
Thanks again for giving us a place to showcase our work.
Happy September, Paula! Thanks so much for hosting this monthly link up – one of our favorites! Special thanks for highlighting our “A Day at the Fair” post – your support always means so much! Enjoy the cooler month and autumn goodness ahead!
I’m joyfully waving Summer goodbye, and I’m welcoming September. I love Fall more than I do Summer, I have to admit. I wish you a blessed September and all good things too.
I love your link party, thank you for hosting! We’re in between seasons here, and I’m glad it’s a bit cooler. We finally had some real rain — much needed, since it’s so dry in the Netherlands.
As always, thank you for hosting this link party. It’s such a nice one.
I have to agree with you on the pumpkin spice. I like it in a cake or pie or even a pumpkin roll but am not a fan of it in teas or coffees or other things.
September is my birthday month so I am a bit partial to it but I also like it because of the cooler weather, the cozy feel, and the fall foliage. I hope we have nice colors this year but it’s been a bit dry and some of the leaves are just withering and falling off at this point.
I haven’t been able to drink coffee for years due to health issues so tea is usually my go to. I hope you have a wonderful month!
Dropping by from #ChasingMYLife after an extended time away to bring you my SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN CHILI DIP, WAVE ROCKING MERMAIDS and CINNAMON ROLL APPLE PIE. Thank you for hosting such a great party. I hope you have a WONDERFUL week!
I hope you have a lovely September! Thank you for featuring my Christmas in July: Meaningful Gifts to Click & Give post this month! I’m so excited about that. 🙂 Thanks for hosting this great linkup. I’ve left 109 and 110 this week. Off now to see what others have shared. 🙂
Once again another GREAT party FULL of inspiring projects and recipes – thanks for hosting! I brought BARNYARD PIE, BEEF RAGU and SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS. Have a GREAT week.
Gosh, I can’t believe we’re already in the middle of September! I hope you are enjoying it. I’m sharing 140 and 141 this week and am off to see what others have shared since I was here last. 🙂 Thanks so much for hosting, Paula.
I truly appreciate you for taking the time each week to host this wonderful party! I brought CARNITAS, CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN and CROCK POT REUBENS. I hope you have a great week.
